The Seven Hills cross-country program delivered an outstanding performance at the district meet this past Saturday, with multiple runners qualifying for the upcoming regional championships.
The girls team placed 3rd overall in a competitive field, earning a team qualification for the regional meet. Representing Seven Hills were standout athletes Campbell Coyne, Isabella McCloy, Cecilia Pohl, Penelope Hwang, Emma Brandon, Anjali Bhattacharya, and Angella Zong. Their collective effort and determination secured a well-deserved spot in the next round of competition.
On the boys' side, three individual runners earned the opportunity to compete at the regional level. Tyler Wells, VJ Ross, and David Bramlage each delivered strong performances to secure their advancement.
The regional meet is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, at Troy Memorial Stadium. The girls race will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the boys race at 10:30 a.m. Best of luck to all our athletes as they represent Seven Hills on the regional stage.
