Fall Season Closes

As the fall sports season wraps up, Seven Hills celebrates remarkable achievements and recognizes standout athletes who gave their all this year. It's been a season packed with hard work, talent, and championships!

Boys' Golf proved their strength by clinching the Sectional title, earning District Runner-Up honors, and placing fifth at State—a tremendous achievement. Leading the team was William Hartmann, named to the All-League First Team, with Billy Good and Matia Kastner on the Second Team. Billy Good earned the team's Most Valuable Golfer (MVG), with Matia Kastner as the Most Improved Golfer (MIG).

Girls' Golf also had a stellar season with standout performances on and off the course. Lucy Pease, honored as the team's MVG, led the charge, showing skill and consistency in every match. Halsey Ha-Martinez and Kenzie Motch shared the Most Improved Golfer title, reflecting the team's depth and determination to excel. Fiona O'Driscoll, a steady and dedicated presence, received the Coach's Award, rounding out an impressive season for the team.

Boys' Soccer made a memorable run, finishing as District Champions and advancing as Regional Runner-Ups. Everett Rinaldi took home MVC and All-District Player of the Year titles, proving his versatility and leadership on the field. The All-League First Team welcomed Everett along with Nick Patel and Aryan Reddy. The team MVP went to Everett, with Miles Rizor as the Most Improved, and Vaughn Iyoha receiving the Coach's Award.

Girls' Soccer showed grit and teamwork throughout the season, with Reagan Licata and Hannah Olowokure taking MVP honors for their outstanding efforts. Justine Woods earned a spot on the All-Southwest District First Team, while Hannah and Justine both received All-League First Team honors, setting the pace for the team. Charleigh Hayes claimed the Most Improved Player title, and Sophie Ottke Moore's commitment to the game earned her the Coach's Award. The girls demonstrated resilience and unity, making this season one to remember.

Cross Country had a dynamic season, with both boys and girls pushing limits and showing speed and endurance on challenging courses. For the girls, Campbell Coyne led the way, earning First Team All-League honors, while teammates Penelope Hwang and Cecilia Pohl placed on the Second Team for their strong finishes. Campbell was named the team's Most Valuable Runner (MVR) alongside Nick Roblyer for the boys, who consistently performed as a top runner throughout the season. Emma Brandon and Elon Katz were honored as Most Improved Runners (MIR), a testament to their growth and hard work. Ava Yang and Aiden Yang received the Coach's Award for their dedication and team spirit, marking a season of growth and success for the cross country squad.

Volleyball also celebrated a top player, as Annie Katuska was honored with the MVC Player of the Year and team MVP titles. The team recognized Maddie Imrie as the Most Improved Player, while Sarina Bedi received the Coach's Award. Their impressive teamwork, led by Katuska and standout players like Sarina and Anju Green, fueled an exciting season.

Other notable achievements include our 102 All-Academic awardees, showcasing Seven Hills' commitment to excellence in academics and athletics. Congratulations to all Seven Hills athletes for an unforgettable fall season filled with dedication, success, and sportsmanship!
