Boys Lacrosse Wins 14-7 On Senior Night

Congrats to Boys Varsity Lacrosse who won 14-7 over Anderson on Senior Night!

Sam Adams and his mom Joey
  • He has played lacrosse for 6 years 
  • Sam will attend LSU and plans to major in Biological Engineering 
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is the Post-win Skyline trips
  • Sam says Lacrosse has been my favorite sport ever since I've started playing it. Part of that is due to the great times I've had with coaches and teammates throughout the years. Seven Hills has allowed me to play a sport that was never my specialty and still allows me to have a good time. I would also like to thank my mom for always taking me to practices and games before I got my license.

Logan Bien and his parents Darcie and Steve
  • He has played lacrosse for 1 year
  • Logan will attend The Ohio State University and plans to major in Biomedical Science
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills was beating Turpin within my first two weeks is my favorite win out of all of my high school athletic matchups.
  • Logan said he would like to thank his parents for supporting me throughout this new season and sport. I also want to thank Mr. Willard, Coach Frank, and Gavin for giving me this opportunity. I'm so glad to be on the team and am honored to be part of Seven Hills Lacrosse.

Elias Buttress and his parents Melanie and Ian

  • Elias will attend the University of Chicago and plans to major in Art History.
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is the sense of community the team has provided.
  • Elias said I would like to thank Coach Baverso, Coach Campbell, and all my former coaches for believing in me and pushing me to play my best lacrosse. I would also like to thank my parents for supporting me through all these years. My advice to younger players is to play more and watch more

Jai Chaudhary and his parents Rekha and Hall
  • He has played lacrosse for 7 years
  • Jai will attend The Ohio State University majoring in business
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is the post-win skyline with the boys
  • Jai said I would like to thank my parents for being there for me through my lacrosse career. I would also like to thank the Seven Hills School and Athletic Department for their support for me and the program.

Kai Dasgupta-Simpson and his parents Roshni and Rick
  • He has played lacrosse for 5 years
  • He will attend the University of Miami and plans to major in business
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is Skyline after the games
  • Kai said I want to thank my parents for always being around at my games to support me and thank you to Seven Hills for providing me with the opportunity to play with a great team and coaches!

Gabe Dorsch and his parents Suzanne and Curtis

  • Gabe will attend The Ohio State University and plans to major in Finance

  • Gabe said I would like to thank my parents for all the time and energy they have spent to allow me to enjoy the sport, thank you for coming to all my games and driving me to practices over the years.

Will Gabriel and his parents Julie and John
  • He has played lacrosse for 1 year
  • Will will attend the University of Tennessee and plans to major in business administration
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is the connection he has made with his teammates.
  • Will said I'd like to thank my parents for encouraging me to play lacrosse. I'd also like to my teammates for making it such a fun experience

Jack Good and his parents Margot and Dan
  • He has played lacrosse for 8 years
  • Jack will attend The University of Virginia and plans to major in business
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is how close the team is. Every year the team has gotten along really well and I've made a ton of friends from all grades. I also like having two weeks of spring break to myself! 
  • Jack said I want to thank my parents for always making an effort to come to the games and show their support. My mom tried a bunch of times to push me to play lacrosse in the summer but I always refused. Maybe I should've. I can not thank Seven Hills enough for all the great memories I was able to make through lacrosse and how I was able to grow.

John Mullin and his parents Betsy and Harrison

  • John will attend Washington and Lee and plans to major in Business
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills is the people
  • John said I want to thank my parents for always supporting me and the school for supporting the program. And the coaches for making this season a good one.

Kye Uchiyama and his parents Hirotaka and Mari
  • He has played lacrosse for 7 years
  • Kye will attend the University of Cincinnati and plans to major in mechanical engineering
  • His Favorite thing about playing lacrosse at Seven Hills was Scoring the game-winning goal against Turpin in the 2021 season
  • Kye said I'd like to thank my parents, teammates, and coaches for making my final season of high school lax an absolute blast.
